The term "Company," "us," or "we" refers to Rehoboth Perfumes, the owner and operator of this Website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Website.

 

You agree to use the Website only for purposes permitted by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. Your use of this Website is subject to the following terms of use.

 

You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface provided by Rehoboth Perfumes, unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Rehoboth Perfumes.

 

You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website or the servers and networks connected to it. You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Website for any purpose.

 

You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions and for the consequences — including any loss or damage which Rehoboth Perfumes may suffer — of any such breach.

The revised Terms will govern your future use of our Website and services, and we strongly recommend that you review them periodically. Each version is specifically dated. If you do not agree to a revised version, you must immediately stop using our Website and services.

 

 

All content included on the Website — such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively, "Content") — is owned or licensed property of Rehoboth Perfumes or its suppliers and licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Website are the exclusive property of Rehoboth Perfumes. All intellectual property rights in all Content are expressly reserved.

 

 

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years, you may not place orders with Rehoboth Perfumes. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Rehoboth Perfumes suffer any damage or losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Rehoboth Perfumes reserves the right to seek compensation from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused the order(s) to be placed.

 

 

At Rehoboth Perfumes, we are committed to offering only authentic, high-quality fragrances. All of our perfumes are exclusively sourced from reputable and certified suppliers and houses in the following countries:

By sourcing exclusively from these regions, we ensure that every fragrance sold through Rehoboth Perfumes meets the highest standards of quality, authenticity, and safety. Each product is carefully selected to reflect our commitment to pure, luxurious scents.

 

Rehoboth Perfumes does not source or resell products from unverified, grey-market, or unauthorised channels. Customers can purchase with confidence knowing that all products are genuine and traceable to their country of origin.

 

 

Base Currency

All fees and prices are listed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) for local orders. Prices for international orders may be quoted in US Dollars (USD) where applicable.

 

Price Changes

Rehoboth Perfumes prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may vary due to launch promotions, limited-time offers, or sales events. Prices of items not yet in stock or available for pre-order are valid during the applicable promotional period from the date the order was placed. Should the price of a pre-ordered item change before fulfilment, the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Website at any time. Updated prices cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

 

Typographical Errors

Rehoboth Perfumes strives for accuracy in all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, links, and other product-related information on our Website. Due to human error and other factors, we cannot guarantee that all such information is entirely accurate, complete, or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, Rehoboth Perfumes shall, at its sole discretion, have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and promptly correct the inaccurate information.

 

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of information on this Website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 

Certain orders — particularly those involving international shipments or pre-orders — may require an initial deposit (partial payment) of the selling price before the item is shipped. This deposit serves as a commitment from the customer and is required to avoid order cancellations, given that products are sourced internationally at the customer's request and confirmation.

 

Customers are given a grace period of two (2) weeks from the date the goods arrive at the designated pickup location to collect their items and pay the remaining balance. Failure to collect and pay within this period is subject to the following terms:

•         A final reminder and call will be issued to notify the customer to make the remaining payment.

•         Failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the initial deposit being subject to a 15% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded only after the item has been successfully resold to another customer.

•         After the two-week grace period, the item will be returned to sale and may be sold to any other customer. The original customer's deposit will be subject to the 15% restocking fee and refunded only upon resale of the item.

•         If the customer collects and pays in full after the two-week grace period but before the item is sold to another customer, the 15% restocking fee will not apply.

•         If the customer attempts to collect after the grace period and the item has already been sold to another customer, the 15% restocking fee will apply to any refund of the initial deposit. However, if the customer chooses to place a new order for the same product with full payment upfront, the restocking fee will not apply — standard order processing and collection timelines will apply instead.

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rehoboth Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

 

 

All hyperlinks to other websites from the Rehoboth Perfumes Website are provided as resources for customers seeking additional information or professional opinion. Rehoboth Perfumes does not assume responsibility for the claims or representations made on any external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any website other than our own.

 

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
